The purpose of the Northwest Network for Youth is to support quality services for youth in the Pacific Northwest.
Mission
The mission of the Northwest Network for Youth is to support Members through forums for professional growth, creative resource expansion, and promotion of Community Youth Development.
Guiding Principles
The Northwest Network for Youth values:
- Youth by promoting their involvement, empowerment, and development.
- Teamwork through open and clear communication, cooperation and collaboration, and recognition of achievement.
- Resource development through the exchange of information between members as well as providing new information and training to expand and enrich them.
- Professionalism which ensures accountability, effectiveness, and timeliness.
- Leadership which is innovative, proactive, and shared by the members.
- Mutual support through shared vision, values, and philosophy.
