Development Associate

Cocoon House is seeking a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Development Associate to assist the Development Director in all fund development activities.  The Development Associate is primarily responsible for managing the Raiser’s Edge database and donor stewardship.  This position also manages Cocoon House’s volunteer program.  Creativity, passion for fundraising, computer savvy and a professional and positive attitude a must!

 

Full-time – 40 hours per week – Non-Exempt position.

Reports to Development Director

 

Cocoon House is a non-profit organization in Everett, Washington that fosters personal growth and healthy relationships to create connections and eliminate youth homelessness.  It is the only organization in Snohomish County exclusively working to provide critical services to homeless teens.

 

Qualifications?

Experience and passion for fund development. Experience with database management and basic bookkeeping. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and possess exceptional communication skills.
