It is a comprehensive application for tracking donor, prospect, or alumni records as well as managing gifts, pledges, and payments.  eTapestry is really an Applications Service Provider (ASP). It works more like an on-line service than it does traditional software. To use eTapestry you don't need to buy software and install it onto your local computer, you only need to log onto the Internet. You can use it from anywhere, at any time, on any machine that runs the Internet.
